This DENVER WCM-5003MK3 digital photo works automatically. It can be activated instantly by any movement of people or animals, has a high sensitivity infrared (PIR) motion sensor and automatically acquires high quality images (up to 12 million pixels) or records video clips (WVGA or QVGA) up to 1080p HD
If you leave it outdoors, to capture images of some wild animals, at dawn the WCM-5003 camera starts taking color and video photos until the light is sufficient. From twilight on, when the light is insufficient, it starts taking infrared photos and videos (no longer in color, but in monochromatic).
It's easy to use, there's a 2.0-inch color LCD on the front of the camera. It is resistant to water and snow and is suitable for outdoor use.
You can insert from 4 to 8 AA batteries. Better to insert 8 for more autonomy. You can also insert rechargeable batteries, but the autonomy will decrease drastically, about half. With alkaline batteries the autonomy is about 4-6 months. Or you can power it with a 9 volt DC power supply.
Photo: with 12M resolution a day photo of day is about 2MB and a night photo 1.4MB.

ISO: If you shoot at night, it is better to set 200, because at 400 there is more noise (in the photographic sense of course).
