Se si fa eccezione per l'olio tanto discusso di palma, mi sembra che questi siano ottimi cracker.
Anzitutto le calorie sono molto basse per la categoria cracker : 400 ,
poi gli zuccheri nei carboidrati sono anche loro bassi : 1,5
e per finire, il sale è anch'esso basso con 1,9
Direi che, tolta la palma, sono ok.
