Alfa Romeo Stelvio – Model Year 2025

Country of Manufacture
The Biscione’s D-SUV is built at the Stellantis plant in Cassino (Piedimonte San Germano, Frosinone, Italy), alongside the Giulia.
Overview
The MY25 builds upon the 2023 facelift: new Full-LED Matrix headlights with arrow-style DRL, redesigned “Scudetto” grille, and clear rear light clusters. Inside, it retains the 12.3″ “Cannocchiale” digital cluster, 8.8″ touchscreen infotainment (customizable widgets and OTA services), and the iconic red engine-start button on the steering wheel. The aluminum Giorgio platform and dual wishbone suspension with semi-virtual steering axis ensure a class-leading drive. Dimensions: 4,687 × 1,903 × 1,681 mm; wheelbase: 2,818 mm.

Summary
The 2025 Stelvio remains one of the most engaging mid-size SUVs to drive: sharp steering, lightweight chassis, and punchy engines still place it at the top of the dynamic leaderboard. It lacks mild-hybrid or plug-in options (expected only in the next-gen electric model in 2026), the infotainment screen is not massive, and premium options push the price up. But if driving pleasure is the priority, few rivals offer the same mix of Italian flair and everyday usability.
Verdict — Alfa Romeo Stelvio (MY 2025)
2.0 Turbo M-Hybrid 280 hp · 2.2 Diesel 160/210 hp · Quadrifoglio 540 hp
The Biscione’s mid-size SUV, two years after its first facelift, receives its final update before the 2026 fully-electric “STLA Large” generation. Standard across the range are the 3+3 Matrix LED Arrow headlights, a refreshed dashboard with dual 12.3″ “Cannocchiale” display + 10.25″ infotainment (Alfa UX 2.1 based on Stellantis iDrive 9), and a new 48 V mild-hybrid e-booster system for the 2.0 turbo petrol, now Euro 6e compliant. The Quadrifoglio adopts ball-bearing turbos and is boosted to 540 hp, paired with an active differential and “Adaptive Dual Stage 2” suspension setup.
