Please note that according to the Regulation (EU) No 98/2018 Annexes II and III to Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 and the Annex to Regulation (EU) No 231/2012 calcium sorbate (E 203) is deleted from the Union list of authorised food additives since due to the absence of appropriate genotoxicity data its inclusion in the list can no longer be justified. According to the Article 3 of Regulation (EU) No 98/2018 the Regulation (EU) No 98/2018 shall apply from 12 August 2018.
