The .dwg files refer to technical drawings, house and housing plans and much more, created with the AutoCAD design and drawing program.

There are two ways to open them for free:

the first way is online on the Autodesk website but requires registration: https://viewer.autodesk.com/

the second, faster, way is to directly download the free program from Autodesk called DWG TRUEVIEW : https://www.autodesk.com/products/dwg/viewers
