Limnanthes alba seed oil ethyl esters is a mixture obtained by a process of transesterification of Limnanthes alba seed oil and ethyl alcohol.

Limnanthes alba is an annual, wild, short, fleshy, white-flowered plant native to Oregon, USA and belonging to the Limnanthaceae family.
