Description

Sucrose Hexaoleate/Hexapalmitate/Hexastearate is a chemical compound, the hexaester of sucrose and oleic, palmitic, and stearic acids. Alkyl esters of fatty acids with mixed chain lengths.

Cosmetics
Dispersing agent - Surfactant. Ingredient that can change and stabilize the surface characteristics of the suspension, covering the surface. It also works as a hair fixative.

Surfactant - Emulsifying agent. Emulsions are thermodynamically unstable. Emulsifiers have the property to reduce the oil/water or water/oil interfacial tension, improve emulsion stability and also directly influence the stability, sensory properties and surface tension of sunscreens by modulating their filmometric performance.
