Renishaw TS27R is a contact tool setting probe.

It is particularly useful for measuring tool length and diameter and performs a complete check.

Functions:

• Proven kinematic design.
• Cable communications are resistant to interference.
• Reduces costs for tool reset operations on all machining centers.
• Repeatability of 1.00 μm 2σ.

The Renishaw TS27R probe can be driven with the following software packages:

• Renishaw tool setting software - an introductory package that makes it easy to call up tool setting cycles and check tool integrity
