Maybe some people don't know this, but Primroses (flowers, leaves and stems) are great for an omelet.

Here is my recipe.

Wash and drain the primroses.

Beat 3 eggs by hand and add primroses.

Add a little salt and a pinch of pepper.

Cook well and flip the omelet.

In the dishes grate parmesan cheese.

I must say that , in addition to the parmesan cheese I also add a very light splash of light vinegar.
