Hydroxyisohexyl 3-cyclohexene carboxaldehyde o Lyral®, è una fragranza non consentita in alcuni paesi tra i quali la Svezia.

E' stata testata su 2180 pazienti con dermatiti in cinque dipartimenti svedesi di dermatologia e l'1,5% dei pazienti ha avuto reazioni positive (1).

Anche in altri studi, le reazioni allergiche a questo prodotto sono simili, con l'1,7% (2) e il 2,24% (3).
