He made his debut in 1962 with an album "Bob Dylan", folk genre.
Until 1964 his leftist ideas made him a symbol of the protest against the war and an advocate of civil rights.
From 1965 he changed his line of thought by recording a controversial song: "Like a Rolling Stone" more suited to the pop genre.

Success

Success came in 1965 with the   Albums : Bringing It All Back Home, Highway 61 Revisited.
